Sir,

My Nokia XL mobile (IMEI- 3542580 60274400) is almost dead. On pressing the start button, only NOKIA logo is displayed, and no further booting. I had deposited the set at Nokia Care, Rourkela, Odisha tel-0661-2511117 on 26/12/16. However, the same was returned back to me without fixing the problem. Kindly advise further.
