We bought 2 pair of school uniform leather shoes(for Rs 2449) from BATA, Kalavasal, Madurai on 19 APR 2015. The quality of shoes bought for my kids was really bad that it did not even last for a week. We also noticed some external stitches in these shoes. We are highly frustrated and did not expect this kind of poor quality from BATA. This is really a set back for the BATA brand name. This show room is selling expired products to the parents.

We bought the shoes 2 months before the school reopening date, hence we do not have any actual bills. I have attached snapshots of the damaged shoes and on-line transaction made for the purchase. We are looking for shoe replacement. Hope we can get some positive response from BATA to sustain its brand name.
