I am facing so much of problems in using your internet facility. It often gets cuts off during usage and this disconnects me from my IM application. I use the internet package of Rs.54 per month. Towards the end of the month, the connection is very slow and gets cut off everytime. I cannot even use the connection properly. I have used many other service providers and according to me your’s is the worst. Kindly provide solutions
