I bought MI powerbank of 10400mAh from Askmebazaar.com. I received a fake product. I am continuously trying to reach them but nobody is responding

I am continuously trying to reach them.It resulted not only in loss of my valued money but also it created mental tension for me. I am afraid that my valued money is being forfeited. After Trying so much i want the original product MI powerbank and not the refund of money
