I, the undersigned residing in siliguri (west-Bengal) recently bought a new handset model no.XOLO Q700i but after using it for few days i noticed that the sim management does not work accordingly…it changes in its own in default settings…as for example i am using idea cellular (voice call ) and vodafone (data plan) as a default settings but after few minutes idea cellular activates as data plan automatically and force me to pay for the extra data cost unnecessarily and my second problem with this handset is very surprising one and it is regarding phone memory. My phone memory storage is showing available memory of 1.70 GB but when ever i try to download something from the internet it shows insufficient memory.And when i called the customer care telling them about my inconvenience they told me to reset the handset to factory mode and i did that without delay but the this problems persist thereafter

Therefore i request you to look into this matter on very urgent basis and rectify it before i run away from xolo and start trusting the heavy branding in town.

Xolo Charging Problems
My phone is xolo Q700. The charging pins was broken down yesterday. but the two pins replaced out by new pins on the same day. now phone is not taking charging. Please take a quick action

Xolo Mobile Hearing Problems
I have got xolo q800 model problem with the phone is that when i call or get call ican hear the voice but my voice is not heard properly to the other side. i have to go abroad so it will be very kind of if u repair it quickly.within max of seven days.
