Product not replaced and delay in service – Accel Frontline

I gave my Transcend 8GB Micro SD card in Accel frontline service center (in Nehru place, New Delhi) as I cannot cut,copy,paste,add, delete or format it.. and now (after 36 days) its (status) is showing: “Blocked for allocation- Escalated items” (see d attachment). I dont know what does it mean..???? and also why there is such a delay in replacing product.. I have kingston’s product as well… They replace it hand 2 hand… Then y more than 1 month and still no action..?????? Pls Help….!!! Expecting an early reply.. Regards Sreejith

Just want the replacement of my already submitted memory card.
