Hi Team,

Wanted to inform you about unprofessional telecaller Ms Ahalya from Bangalore 8th mile , hesaragatta road office .

Who called me to discuss about one of the parcel which had our scrambled address but as soon as our conversation started she started abusing me about parcel missing address and she used very abusive language which was not professional at all.

Such employees or franchise might hamper the reputation of Professional courier.

Request you to take action on the same.
