I am a 75 yr old senior citizen and had ordered medicine for myself by Professional couriers from Karur to Bengaluru to the below mentioned address . However the consignment is not yet delivered and that is being done intentionally. All calls and emails to them are not getting proper attention. The manager told that he had the consignment and intentionally not being delivered for some reason. I am a senior citizen and that consignment is Rs1200 , it is already 1 week and it is not yet delivered. Kindly do the needful. The person who did not respond properly and intentionally delaying is this guy.

My package is undelivered from 4 days and there is no response on my courier from customer care side. I’m really fed up with their customer services. If anyone raise a pole to boycott professional courier services, I’m ready to sign the petition. Hope this explains how much I’m troubled with this so called professional.
