A courier was booked on 18.11.2014 from Professional Couriers Moradabad to Mumbai with docket no. MRB202002775. It was received by the courier office on 24.11.2014. On inquiring about the courier in the morning they said the delivery boy is on its way but I didn’t receive it till evening. On calling up the courier office again they said that my courier was not received by them in that day’s lot and asked me to follow up next morning whereas when I was checking the courier status online it was showing “taken for delivery”. On 25.11.2014 morning 10:30am, I called at the courier office, person called MAHESH said that the delivery boy has delivered the courier to the wrong address. I called up at the head office and talked to SHAELENDRA regarding this. He asked me to wait till the afternoon. I waited till the evening but they were not able to find my courier.

Strict action should be taken against them so that they take this matter seriously and find my courier as early as possible.
