I found the Professional Couriers provide horrible service. I did not receive my consignment from past 15 days. When I checked the status on there website. I found the (Received at BANGALORE-MISSION ROAD) since many days. I tried to reach them by call but they did not receive my call and second time got switch off tone. I tried to submit the customer Care form but got the server error. Please delivered my consignment as soon as possible. Is this how a professional organization works in the most unprofessional way charging hefty fees ?
