I have booked a consignment no 403252560 dated 16/06/2014 from Noida, Uttar Pradesh to Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. The courier has not been received at the address till today i.e. 24/06/2014. There is also no follow up or response by the service provider in this respect.

The courier contains a medicine prescription for a patient which should be received within due time to her. Due to such deficiency in service, the patient was unable to take medicines within due course which lead to severe health issues. Its something which cost on the life of a citizen.

The person responsible for this is a careless person and didn’t worth to work in this industry as he don’t know the importance of a message. He should compensate to the extent of loss suffered by the customer.
