Sir, I am T Jakir Hussain working as a Jr.Asst in NAC Anantapur. I am sending 2 couriers (Consignment No.s ATP20151 Dt.11.09.14 & ATP20154 Dt.12.09.14) from Anantapur to Hyderabad. But till today these consignments are not dispatched to our office. I am asking this issue to Madapur courier center on 18.09.14 they said these couriers will be dispatch by evening. but 19.09.14 onward these couriers are not dispatched and they are registered a complaint No.4629 dt.19.09.14 but no result is found. almost 8 days are completed our documents are not dispatched. in Professional courier website these courier tracking status has shown TIME OF ACCEPTANCE BY CONSIGNEE IS OVER FOR THE DAY – AREA : MADHAPUR Sep 18 2014 12:38:58. in the website shown time 12.38PM this is office working time how they are put the status.
