i have booked one courier by my friend from bangalore to balasore on 18/10/2013 and it must have been reached by 20th but 1st of all they gave me a wrong booking no.second it reached late to balsore late on 27th i started inquirenging it from 22nd of this month after going to the booking office in bangalore their was a mistake in therir booking no and from their side i got a call on 24th that they will deliver it soon and promised me a quick responce but nothing happened still on 27th when ait reached finally balasore they also didn”t delivered ti and behaved very rudely in balasore office to my uncle.it was a medicine what parceled for my aunt who is suffered from cancer.she went without medicine for 6days ..i don’t know what loos i have to write in this case i am schooked by their response .i need ur help pls help me i need justice……….can the full fill my aunt health is dis a matter of joke for them i want answer from who all responsible for what happened ……and i demand justice ……….
