Zync Z5 mobile – faulty product

On 16th August 2013, I had booked Zync Z5 (Zync Global Private Limited) handset through online purchase and received it on 19th Aug 2013. After sim installation I had used this handset only for 3-4 days and afterwards I started facing some problem with its touch system – after checking with the customer care executive of the Zync Mobile I had submitted my handset on 28th Aug 2013 to New Mobile World Service Centre of Zync Mobile located in Ghaziabad to rectify my problem. He promised that it will get done by another 15-20 days with the receipt number 1135954. On 13th September 2013 when I checked with the Service Provider he said sir you can wait for another 7-10 days otherwise you may please directly check with the company by calling 0120-4821999 and asking them about the status of your Job Kit number. Since then I called on 23rd Sep in the afternoon time and spoke to Ms Hina – she again said it will get done within a week’s time , then I called up on 30th Sep 2013 @ 11:42am first time spoke to Rohit and then the call was hanged up by the CCE after mis behaving (by simply saying Not Possible), later on I again called up and then I was attended by Mr Pankaj – when I asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor, he connected my call to Rajeev and he also said that you will receive your Handset in 2nd week of October. On 08th Oct 2013 ( 2nd week of October) as promised by Rajeev (Supervisior) , that your handset will be delivered to distributor of Zync in Ghaziabad – when i called up at 2:20pm , my call was attended by Ms Monica and agian0 she gave the same repeated answer it will take another one week time , i asked her to connect me to Rajeev (Supervisior) she denied many times by saying he is not free but after an hour long waiting she connected me to Rajeev, who again promised me that i will get my handset by 20th Oct 2013 in any case.

I have purchased this handset through Credit Card and paying an interest towards my credit card purchase. Sir During this long course of time i have suffered a huge monetary and mental loss. Sir, i want complete refund of my money along with the interest of this due course of time, also the compensation of the mental torture that i have undergone after the purchase of this mobile.
