I had my items picked up in Mumbai on 30 August and made full payment. They promised to have the goods delivered to me by the 5 th of September but finally after several delays the goods reached me on 9 th of September. However one lot of item marked as item number 8 which is a set of plate glasses for the shelf wrapped in a Duvee and mattress did not arrive. The mover in my apartment acknowledged the item missing and signed the document stating the same. Initially Abhishek the person in mumbai with Agarwal express denied knowledge of the item, eventually after several calls he acknowledged the item was left behind in Mumbai and since the 12 th of september he has been promising me it will be delivered. it is now the 11 th of October and i still have not received the item and since 3 rd of october Abhishek has started to say the glass is broken to which i have told him to send back the broken glass and the mattress and duvee wrapping around it but he keeps blowing me off and now does not even return my calls.

want the items number 8 to be returned back to me and he repay me the 14000 i paid him for the move for the trauma caused.
