SnapDeal – Wrong product delivered

received wrong product against what is ordered. lodged complaint for the same and promised action for replacement while nothing is been done later asked them to return money than also nothing is done whenever I call, promised to revert in 24 hours but since one month nothing is happening.

the product ordered is protein in absence of which my nutrition has hampered completely and my money has also blocked.

money back and one year’s nutrition free.
