Dear Sir/ Madam I couriered parcel on 6 Feb 2014 to pune but still it is not delivered to the destination.On regular follow up with courier company they are not taking any response and they are giving several excuse. Really i got frustrated. The value of parcel is 4000 it contain books and dress. So please help me in this situation.
