My parcel no.-768512 dated 7/04/14 to Mr.Deepak Singh, 203 Orchid Petal, no.A1 wing, Harmony building, Mhada Colony, Near Nawre nagar, Ambernath [E] , Thane, Maharashtra- has not yet been delivered. On enquiring about it they first assured me that it will be delivered by 25/04/14, but it has still not been delivered. On further contacting them now they have said that it has been misplaced to Kolkata & are not clearly telling me about the status of my parcel, nor they are activey looking into the matter. They dont even answer calls when i contact them on the above stated brand phn no.

I want either my parcel to be delivered or a compensation of worth rupees 1000 inclusive of the cost of my parcel, my phone calls & punishment for their irresponsive behaviour.
