I had booked a parcel on 13-07-2013, from Hubli, Karnataka to Bangalore, Karnataka containing a Mobile Phone through “The Professional Couriers” bearing tracking Number HBL11148125. Till date the company has not delivered the parcel to the consignee though it has reached Bangalore on the 15th of July itself. I have been inquiring at every Helpline Number and also on the website, but in Vain. Finally, visited Hubli Office and got the number of one Mr. Jagdish working at The Professional Couturier Regional Office, Bangalore bearing mobile number 98447 29017. Mr Jagdish claims that the parcel has been delivered but our consignee has not received the same. On TPCIndia.Com official website of Professional Courier it states that the Parcel is still “In Transit”. Upon Inquiries, I have gathered information that Professional Courier Sorting Centers are equipped with cameras. I request you to kindly order “The Professional Courier” to use their Tracking Database and Cameras and Locate my parcel at the earliest and deliver it to the consignee.

Immediate Location and Delivery of the Parcel to Consignee as it is of High Importance.
