I booked one International parcel( from India to Botswana) through the company called dynamic parcel(Mention Above). according to there service commitment parcel supposed to reach me with in 5 to 8 working days( as mention in there email sent to me before booking). i did the bank transfer of 1980 Rs on on 21st of august and informed them same day. According to there commitment parcel should be deliver 5 to 8 working days and there will not any other charges other than costume duty which receiver need to pay. Now i received this parcel on 17th of September( in 25 days) and couriers guys here in Botswana charges me P122 ( Rs 850) as a custom clearance other than the custom duty. i was in contact with them since 2 week they never replied me any satisfaction answer about my parcel status and was telling me stories that this parcel was delivered to some wrong address. after that they send me the tracking information of my parcel which showed that parcel was lying in mumbai for 9 days because of incomplete document. i called them personally and there reply was very rude and they said they you should be happy that you received your parcel. and they refuse to reimburse me rs 850 which courier charges me here in botswana to clear my shipment. i have all the communication on my email with them i can send that also if needed.

i just want my customer clearance charges back (Rs 850). because it supposed to pay by the courier not by the customer. and they never told me about this. they said that on rs 1980 + custom duty you need to pay.
