Hello,I have purchased 2 profit club cards in the month of Feb 2014. Along with it I got food coupons of Rs 4800 as well as sugar coupons.But in month of Aug 14 sugar facility has been cancelled stating that coupons are backdated. So we ask for new coupons then they told new coupons are not yet printed. Every month we ask for new sugar coupons but till date we did not get it.Now the same case happened with food coupons. They told us food coupons have only 6 months validity so now we can not give food facility. But till last December we were getting food facility on those same coupons which were already expired. Then now what happened?We asked for new coupons then they told me we can not say about that.When I purchase these profit club cards, i have been told that i will get food facility n sugar facility throughout scheme period. So i should get it.So either I should get new coupons or else I will have to register complaint in consumer court.My card details are as follows -1) 9227 1247 0248 43 2) 9220 3291 5821 94

i should get Total 12kg of sugar as well as new food coupons or else amount of rs 1000
