The Poorly Designed Web interface Systems of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance company activated Standing Instructions of premium payment even without my consent.

I am attaching Proof of Screenshots of the Poorly Designed Web IT Systems at ICICI Prudential where in one cannot even modify / cancel the standing instructions.

Once I Click Modify and Go to the next screen, their is no option to CANCEL the Standing Instructions,

I question why the Software Architect of ICICI Prudential must not be Fired for designing and implementing such a BAD System ?
