Purple.com – Product Not Delivered – Review

I had ordered three products from purple.com I received, one by one, all the three products; however in the last shipment one of the previous product`s name was mentioned on the COD invoice and its amount was added along the remaining product. when I opened the shipment only one product was inside and the second mentioned( which I did not order) was not there. I was shocked that I have been cheated. I contacted the courier service and they told me that the sender(purple) will aid you so I contacted them, they told me to send the invoices. I had thrown the two previous boxes because I had no idea that this would happen, I have just the last shipment box with me, so I sent its copy to them. they said they can not help me and won`t refund till I gave them all invoices. the courier service took the COD amount and they have the details about how much I paid them. this is insane. the site has received more amount than necessary and than also they are behaving in such manner. what if I don’t have the boxes or the two invoices, I paid the amount and the courier service has proof that I paid.

I want my money back that they have overcharged from me. I want my money refunded.
