I had booked Schwarzkopf Bonacure Repair Rescue shampoo(250ml,1 bottle,Rs750) through Purplle.com on 22nd June 2014(Order No:20140622257641).I had made the payment through Netbanking(Through my mothers account in SBT).On July 4th i got the message that my order has been shipped through Aramex.(Tracking No:40618383875).But till today i didnt receieved my order.When i contacted the Courier service helpline,they told that my order has not been handed over to them yet.Later I contacted the Purplle.com customer service,one lady staff in the line told me that the fact was right.Then i asked them to credit the cash to my account,they give me a transaction id,but they were cheating me.The cash has not been credited to the account.
I want my cash back.i hope some action would be taken soon.I think this company is a fraud and customers should be warned against purchasing products from this site.They are just cheating the Customer. I want a solution to my issue at the earliest.
