I had purchased 2 Nos. Wespro 5MP Digital Camcorder DV528 with Charger Set ONLINE from Homeshop 18 vide order no. 94807090xxxon dated July 2, 2014, which has been delivered to me on July 4, 2014. I found that the both Camcorder is not turning on. Same day I had sent an email at care@homeshop18.com and online complain at their portal to replace or refund the money but I have not received any response from them and from July 4, 2014 I have called more 5 times and 10 email but they are not responding. In response to telephone every time they are telling that they revert back to me within 2 working days but not happening.
The Camcorder is sold by Homeshop18 or their authorized vendor Wespro Digital Pvt Ltd. to fulfil its operational uses, since the same is not starting up hence same cannot be used for which it soled of purchased.
I want to refund the full order value.
