I bought a Honda CBR150 R on 2nd of June from Dhingra Automobile, Peeragarhi. Its engine no. is KC17E8027049 and frame no. is ME4KC1A2DE8013703. After 500 Km bike chain was so loose and was making so much noise. I got serviced first time from Bhasin Honda, Rama Road (Honda Authorized Service Center) and the bike engine was started making noise before the first service of my bike and the noise is still coming from engine. I already complained regarding this engine issue and I visited your service center Peeragarhi on 9th of July but two of your senior mechanics check the bike with the test drive but both gave us stupid reasons that this engine noise is very normal in CBR 150. On 12th of July I visited Bhasin Honda where I got my first service, there chief mechanic who service only CBR; he checked my bike and said that the noise is coming from the engine and it’s not a normal issue. Now the question arises are Dhingra mechanics trying to manipulate us by giving us damn excuse, I don’t understand what kind of mechanics Honda has. I am seriously pissed off from this noise and its very irritating while driving. I spent huge amount of money on this bike with this hope that Honda is best in bike. Rather than Honda I had any options like Yamaha R15, Hero Karizma. Within one month I am having this problem and mechanic at Bhasin Honda said that I have to open the bike engine, is it a manufacturing defect or what. It’s very disappoing. Ether you should change my bike or return my money otherwise I have to go to consumer court.
