Snapdeal – Wrong product delivered

I ordered a koloredge brand clutch from snapdeal ( online shopping ) on 17th may and paid through debit card. On receipt of wrong product i asked for taking the product back. Snapdeal arranged the product delivery via bluedart. I have delivered the product to blue dart. As per bluedart records the product is delivered to snapdeal. However snapdeal is not in receipt of goods as said by executive. Therefore the company is neither resending correct goods nor they are giving refund. I am constantly calling the company since 2 months but i dont get answer regarding the same. Please consider my case for redund. Thank you.
