I went to PVR Bokaro, to watch a movie Tamasha, I bought two tickets and moved to baggage counter to deposit my helmet but they didn’t accepted the same, then I asked them to call their manager I talked him and he too refused to accept my helmet to deposit in the baggage counter infact they didn’t even allowed me to take my helmet with me inside the theatre later on since they were not allowing to take my helmet inside the hall I asked him to cancel my ticket and refund my money, they even refused to refund my money too. What the hell was that? What’s the problem you all guys are having with the helmet? Do you all are promoting not to wear helmet while driving a bike or something? This was really a very poor attitude of your employees. If it continues, PVR is definitely going to loose their renowned customers. Remember I will never visit PVR ever if this type of attitude persists. I hope yo u all guys will focus on it and will try to resolve this issue as early as possible!
