Me and my family booked a movie ticket on the bookmyshow site. At the end of the transaction, the credit card details were asked. After we entered the details, it showed a failure and the page subsequently refreshed itself and the some booking went through. The seats were changed and became the front row seats. Members in my family have eye sight issues where we cannot watch movies in the first few rows. We called up call centre and they told they cannot do anything. The only option we were told was to go and sell the tickets on our own at the movie theatre.
