QOS for Tata Indicom Broadband Services

I am facing lot of problems Due to frequent cable cuts as said by customer service. I was able to use my connection in January 2009 only for max 6 days. Most of the times i was not getting link and link is there Tata was facing DSLM error at their end, so again no browsing at my end. In 2008 from Oct-Dec I think connection worked for only half the times. Complaining ti customer care didn’t yielded much so i think mus have forwarded nearly 10 mails in 4 months to Nodal Officer, Delhi than only my connection was up. Hopefully today its working but for how long i dont know. They should learn from AIRTEL ( which i am using for last 1 year and faced downtime for two ime not more than 30 minutes)
