Respected sir/mam

My name is Shah Ramilaben Kiranbhai. I have complaint against ICICI Prudential life insurance company. sir my husband has life insurance policy in icici prudential life insurance company The policy no is 03212197. The problem is my husband was expired on 17th july 2009. i had given death claim in icici prudential life insurance company as i am nominee of that policy. i have submitted all the required document to Icici prudential surat(varacha) branch after that they send me letter that you have to submitt these document i.e. Progress report,Death summary,consultation notes,medical attendant certificate . i have submitted medical attendant certificate and family doctor certificate but the hospital authority told me that they cant give copy of progress,death summary,admission notes so i call to claim care of the company regarding that document they told me to submit one declaration that hospital authority cant provide this things i have written that declaration and send along with medical attendant and family doctor certificate, but sir they again send me letter that u have to submit
this document. The customer care,claim care and branch official are not giving any proper answer and when i call to claim dept or customer care dept for knowing claim status they are not giving any answer just said that it is under process after last 45 days they just ignore me and not giving reply of claim and ignore me, i am mentally and physically tired of them sir so please take some action against them so they give my claim soon.
