I have ordered Evoque Flip Cover For Asus Zenfone 5 A501cg (White colour) from snapdeal and on 16th november I received my order….But there were many sortcomings like 1) I have ordered white colour cover but they deliver black. 2) It was defected 3) the size of the cover was small Due to these reasons I tried to return it by signing in to my account on snapdeal but I could not….because there was status..(order cannot be cancelled due to in progress in delivery)…..I tried for many days but same result was there…..today again when i tried it….then the status was there (“not returnable”)..

I just want to replace my order with proper Mobile cover
