I logged THREE Tickets with in a WEEK but issue not resolved,

Help Desk Ticket No 2: 80013555

Help Desk Ticket No 3: 81218624

Yesterday at 9PM the last ticket(81218624) was raised and today they closed without resolving my issue,

There is no proper response from your team, tickets closing without resolving my internet connection problem,

Please resolve this issue with in this week otherwise I DON’T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR VERY BAD SERVICE,
