i purchased an aircel student sim card my number is 9738413550. after two weeks both the incoming and outgoing service was barred. now when i enquired in the main office of Msyore they say that my documents didnt reach them but the retailer is saying that he has sent that.i have submitted all the required documents asked by the retailer. but still not getting any proper service or response. because of this i have faced many problems . losses from everywhere. time and money both are being wasted. no one is responding properly when i enquired. what to do now? i am helpless now. please help me to get the service and make up the losses from them.
