In August 2012 I went to Real Acres Mira Road . I was informed about auction flats at Airoli. I and my husband saw the location at Airoli and was very impressed . The ladies viz prith kaur and others told me that the flat would cost Rs20 lacs . and I paid rs 4 lacs . The made a MOU and told me that I would get the flat within six months. I approachd them in January and learnt that they were in prison . Yogesh karande and sanjay chaoube was in prison and prith kaur was absconding . We went to Thane court every time and he reassured that he would pay us if he is released on bail. Accordingly in November 2013 he was released on conditional bail that he should pay all investors within 3 months . But he failed to do so and he applied for bail extension which is lying in high court under advocate B L Jagtap. Only hearing is fixed . he does not appear. What to do How to recover my Rs 4 lacs can you help
