Sms recd for Erecharge successful on 11-12-11 for Rs.700 (talktime Rs.667.31) TransID 873610710

I find that its on DEDICATED ACCOUNT ie STD & ISD only. Who is responsible for this

Complained on 11th itself, spoke to Customer Care, call passed to Supervisor and thereafter to Manager Sudhir.

Manager Sudhir promised needful will be done to put the amt in regular account wherein local calls also can b done, within 48 hrs.

Till the time of writing this, the status has not changed.

Expect expeditious response as ive wasted 3 hrs talking to AIRTEL on 11th with no positive results till today.
