I attempted recharge of my Airtel mobile no. 9971551476 on 29/12/2013 for Rs250 (Order No. 182183852). The money got deducted from my bank account but I did not receive any recharge. On contacting Paytm support, they said that they will either recharge my phone or refund the amount as Paytm Cash to my Paytm account. Till date , I am yet to receive any refund and now they are saying that they did not receive any amount from my bank.

I just want the amount to be refunded to my bank account without any further delay.
