Tata Sky – Asking for extra charges for new channel

I am a loyal user of tatasky since last 7 years and my subscription is for all channels and bought the package for the whole year. I have a HD setup box too. Last week tatasky launched HBO defined HD and HBO hits HD. I was waiting for the two channels to get added to my mega pack, surprising it never happened. I called tatasky helpdesk and spoke to the executive to add the channels.He said its going to be on chargeable basis, so customer need to pay extra for those two channels. So i narrated him saying when i bought the mega pack, Tatasky had assured & committed saying any channel which gets added up will be free of charge. Now why you want to charge me, he said sorry i cannot help and was trying to pacify me to get added on chargeable basis. Apparently i understood this guy donot have more authority, so i asked him to put me on to the right person who can listen and take decision. Immediately he put me on to Ms.Rajini Senior Executive (Mohali office) even she was not in a position to help me and told me to send a concern mail to helpdesk….is this the way to handle a loyal customer. I hope you record all conversation which happens between customer and your helpdesk (My call date 01.01.2014 at around 6.30pm) I want the additional channels to be free of cost and this is as per your commitment. Do understand its not the question of Rs.99.00, is the question of commitment by Tatasky. Please donot cheat customers with your unethical practices of charging customers. Hope to receive a positive reply from Tata sky.

I want the channels to be free of cost without any charges, this is as per there commitment.
