I have purchased shoes from Red Chief Brand outlet at aliganj lucknow wide receipt no.SL-1922 dated 6/10/2013.Soon after purchase i found peeling off of inner side of shoes and that was complained to them within 7-8 days on phone and they told to give it to showroom for repair.I mailed them on 1st Nov’13 .They want the shoe back to be inspected at kanpur despite fact that it was a product failure and i dint have another pair of shoes.I have deposited these on 24/12/2013 and despite been told that the complaint will be resolved within 3-4 days shoes were returned on 2-3rd Jan’14 and that too repaired.Although i have written clearly on my complaint that i don’t want the shoes to be repaired and want full replacement.To my surprise these shoes are not repaired well and gum solution is applied to the defected peeled off area which was again peeled off within 2 days.The correct shoe has seam while defected one has not seam which is a clear sign of poor quality. When again contacted company Mr.Amit at quality department says that he has not even inspected shoes.

Total replacement or Money back.
