samsung galaxy S4 – battery mother board are defective

I had purchased a samsung galaxy S4 mini mobile bearing model no GT-9192 from RELIANCE DIGITAL,A.S.Rao Nagar HYDERABAD on 26-JAN-2014. During this period i had realized that my phone is having problem,i immediately approached samsung service centre MOBILE21 Shop located at Dilsuknagar,HYDERABAD on Feb 21,2014 and met the executive VISHAL. He told me that its battery and mother board are defective and needs to be replaced(jobsheet no is 4169140487). As i purchased a brand new hanset and had not even used my handset , i was surprised that it had such major problems. I requested for handset replacement Samsung service Center people told me that they can replace the handset only with in 7days of purchase.This was not communicated to me during the sales.So i have raised an online complaint(complaint no is 8462268206) with samsung Regarding replacement of device.On raising several complaints, sending several emails and call conversations with Sunil bansal(Senior Executive Customer Care), i haven’t received any positive response. As the handset was defective from the purchase, i request for the replacement of my handset and compensation for the time and money wasted for following their process hierarchy.I therefore request the core to mediate and resolve my issue.

I need the new Device a replacement and also compensation for the time and money wasted for following their process hierarchy.
