I had booked ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 27 april 2015 my ticket no is th5s48289654 ,pnr is appl373893 and that bus got cancelled and i still have not got the refund .the bus operator is telling the he has already refunded the money to redbus and but Redbus people still have not refunded it.when i spoke to the call center people they told that they will refund and now i get a mail saying that they cannot refund as it as taken more than 10 days.

i have been calling them so many times and have spent money on currency and have not been mentally disturbed as to how can one teach these big people a lesson .
