I cancelled a ticket of two passengers in redbus. The refund amount of rupees 1260 was to be refunded in 5-7 working days.but today its 9th day.they didn’t refunded it yet.i called them two times.first they told i will get some response within six hours,but no response came.then i called them next day.they again said that they have processed it.i am just spending my phone balance hopelessly.i am able to understand why they are not refunding. name- krishna jha ticket number-the 6892498437 contact number-8106683xxx
1)i spent nearly 30 rupees on calling them. (2)after arriving to hyderabad,i had to give my hostel rent.i told my owner i will give after 7 days,hoping that my money will come back,but it didn’t came.then i took loan from my friend and gave it to my hostel owner.this was very frustrating (3)my parents are very worried if the money will come back or not. i am a student.this amount is a large amount for me.i cant do with my money being held somewhere.i have lots expenses on my studies.
