ACT Broadband – Lack Internet Connectivity – Review

We have lost ACT Broadband internet connectivity a week back and have been suffering horribly since then. We have called up the customer service line and the only reply we are getting from them is, ” The issue will be resolved in 24 hrs madam” or ” Our concerned team will contact you madam”or “give us 1 hour madam”. Sometimes they keep us on hold for so long that it gets very frustrating. They have also given us wrong messages 2 times stating that our connection is repaired, but turns out they lied to us and later say they just gave the wrong message.

We have been suffering for a week now as people in the house have work from home to do, important application deadlines to reach and classes to attend online. We have been waiting for a week now for them to come to our place and solve the connectivity issue. Important jobs we need to do online are kept on hold, some of them with deadlines.We lost so much of our precious time for these people by calling them atleast 5 or even 10 times a day sometimes.But no proper response. The monetary loss on the calls we made and data charges on our phone are increasing everyday, and still going on and on.
