We have purchased a force traveller on 26.02.15 from karan Automobiles, 119/6 Milestone G T Road,Karnal (Haryana). The details of vehicle is given below: Customer Name : Mr. Vijay kumar Address : H. NO 59,Sant Nagar ,Karnal Invoice no: 122 Chassis No: MC1E4CBA3FP032325 Engine no: D63012425 We are facing an Air-condition cooling problem from purchase date and same was discussed with Mr. Karan ( owner of M/s Karan Automobiles) and his sub-ordinates and as per their instruction, vehicle has already gone to Delhi for checking the cooling but it was not checked properly by service Engineer. We are continuously follow up with Karan Automobiles,Customer care but we are not getting any response from them and they are delaying the matter. They are saying that it is not our responsibility because A.C is of Subrose company. Such a response from them shows irresponsibility,ignorance. Their sales team does not know how to speak with customers.Their sales team are speaking very rude to us. Further the cooling problem is not resolved till today.

We want Air condition cooling problem to be resolved.
