It ha been almost two months and we are not getting back the car which was sent to Skoda Body Shop. They had returned the car initially but the car was persistently giving problems and it was returned back. An amount of 3 lacs was given to them initially also for body shop requirements. On inspecting they said that the gear box is faulty and needs a change. It has now been two months and we are not getting back the car. After having spent 30 lacs on an Automatic car, this is the service I GET FROM SKODA. THE DEALER SAYS THAT SKODA IS NOT SENDING THEM THE REPLACEMENT GEAR BOX. I WANT IMMEDIATE ACTION AND MY DAILY FARE TO AND FRO MY OFFICE REIMBURSED.

I want my car asap back and an amount of Rs.300000 towards mental harassment and my expenses incurred towards travel and the repair of the car.
