Kent Grand RO – Provided faulty machine

I had purchased “KENT GRAND + MINERAL RO” Water Purifier from Ezone- Kolkata (Mani Square Mall, 164/1 Maniktola main Road, Kolkata- 700054) on 22nd May, 2014. The serial no. of the Water Purifier is KR140124623. It was installed at my place on 23rd, May, 2014. Also we have, on Kent’s advice, installed an iron gaurd. Within 1 year, it has been repaired 11 times. Further, the machine has broken down for the 12th time today after being repaired yesterday. Clearly we have been provided with a faulty machine. Our requests, both verbal and written, to replace this machine has yielded no succesful responnse from Kent and Ezone, hence we have complained to you.

I want the Kent machine to be replaced with a new one which is not faulty. Further I want Rs 3600 that I have paid for water during the period Kent was not working. Also I want Rs 400 that I had paid for Carbon change returned.
