Dear sir this is to inform u that i have book a Hundai i10 on 22nd march 15 with a booking amount of rs 5000/- at mohan motors barasat dealer of hundai motors india ltd. mohan motors barasat have produced my cheque of rs 5000 vide cheque no 021435 of icici bank ltd barrackpore branch and they have cleared the amount on 26th march 15. i have cancelled the said booking through mail on 27th march 15 and asked for refund of my booking amount of rs 5000. now they are deducting rs 3000/- as cancellation charges and refunding me rs 2000/- which i hope is a malpractice and wrong. all my mails and requests have gone in-vein and they are now not responding and behaeiving roughly. sir, being a cancer patient bk1497 of tata memorial hospital, mumbai, i need this money which is very needful to me and i need judgement for this wrong practice.i need you intervention and help to stop this kind of mal practice. hoping for your intervension and help. with regards anirban bhattacharya 35 a kg school road east anandapuri, Po nonachandanpukur Barrackpore 700122 ph 09433061632/ 03325924142 email id: anirban.bhattacharya71@gmail.com

they can deduct rs 500/- from my booking amount as maruti suzuki also deduct rs 275/- but deducting rs 3000/- for a cancellation is a hefty amount for me. as a consumer, i have to right to cancel my order and i have cancelled the order within just 5 days of booking. how they can deduct such a huge amount as cancellation charges? pl help to get the refund of rs 5000/- and stop this kind of mal practice.
