I have booked ticket on line on 18.11.15 from Bangalore to Coimbatore, though my bank SBI completed transaction under id POS00011838 at Pilani soft lab_PayU INtxn NO. 111816132927 for value of Rs. 500/- and debited the same from my account. Ticket not issued and Redbus site displayed :Redbus booking uncessful and our customer case will contact you shortly and the ref no. is 68528903. However I have not got back Rs. 500/- from REDBUS RS. 500 REF NO. 68528903
