i bought a powerbank from rediff.com online and it was defective in working i ask them to refund for my money but they said that they are reviewing the complaint past more than 2 weeks and also not responding from email or customer care number,they are just generating problems for customers.i want my refund immediately .

i was not able to use the product for which i paid,i want this problem to be cleared immediately.
