Dear sir, i am really mentally disappointed by rediff support process.i purchased a samsung battery from their online shopping.it have a 6 months warranty. my order approve date is 11 apr-2014. but with in 2-3 days my battery was not working. i called rediff support.but they all showed their irresponsibility. they didn’t give a any support about my problem just reply me some mails.they told me about 450 rupees gift voucher code in place of my samsung battery. but after that no reply. i called many times in their customer care number and their agents told me that my problem will be solve with in a 24 hours . i am just asking my replacement of samsung battery. whenever i called their they fooled me and told me with in 24 hours. when i check in internet same problem as mine , lot of people fooled by rediff. please sir take some action against them. they are cheating with people trust and money and please short out my problem. my order number -9490491 product samsung battery with 6 month warranty

take some action against them. and i want to my refund.
